OK lng ba uminom ng alak?

Mga master umiinom ba kayo ng alak ka pag my celebration sa bahay khit once lng?
feeling ko kc kapag uminom ako ng alak mwawala yung muscle mass ko, kc last day ko kc sa work ko kaya napa oo ako sa request na inuman.
3 month's nako nag GGYM and ayos naman gain's ko, and confuse lng kc ako baka may mawala sa gain's ko kapag uminom ako ng alcohol.

    Di naman mawawala gains mo, ayos lang naman uminom pero maapektohan siyempre ang training mo and recovery since mapupuyat ka at sa pag kaka alam ko ma aalter ang test levels mo bababa siya than the usual pero babalik din naman yan agad, pag gising mo feeling mo lumiit ka diba? Kasi na dehydrate ka because alcohol pulls water out from our cells, just keep on hydrating yourself throughout the night, after you drink and the moment you wake up. Ayos lang uminom occasionally pero wag naman yung linggo linggo kang basag hehe. Pero personally i haven't tasted alcohol in 4 months.
  • @Devilz30: wag ka na lang umininom bro, madami ka pa maeencounter na ganyang occasions at ngayon pa lang magpractice ka na tumangi. yung effects sa gains mo minimal lang kung bihira ka uminom pero yung pag hindi mo sa ganyang mga bagay ang mas may impact in the future kung seryoso ka talaga magpaganda ng katawan :)

    nainom ako pag may okasyon pero kung inom na minsan lang daw eh bahala sila sa buhay nila.. itutulog ko na lang ..

    o kung pumayag man ako, may kundisyon eat all you can ako :D
  • problema ko din. probinsya kasi kami e... kanto kanto ang inuman every night. hirap ako tanggalin to pero masaya nako pag wala inom ng 1 week.. unti unti natatanggal ko naman. sabi nga ni idol vinch mas maganda itigil pero susubukan hehe sayang gainss

  • oo puyat talaga.. paggising pa hangover hindi pa makakain ng ayos.
  • I also have the same mentality before. but tulad ng sinasabi ni Sean Nalewanyj, life should not just solely revolve on bodybuilding. so I drink occasionally. and ang panata ko is to drink only twice a year (all out na inom, talagang lasing kung lasing). birthday ng anak ko at christmas. pero yung inom na basta yakag lang, tinatanggihan ko. I just make sure na nutrition is consistent. tapos laging tubig na madami .

    in the end, it is still your decision. :)

    Ako almost every weekends. Kaya ayun, kaso alam ko naman kung ano ang purpose ko kung bakit ako bumubuhat kaya di ako na guiguilty haha.

    Nagbubuhat ka man o hindi laging merong consequence ang paginom. Nasasayo na yun hahaha.
  • isipin mo na lang ganito. di naman ako mag momodel at di naman to ang livelihood ko, kaya ok lang uminom.

    Mejo merong thing about the lifestyle na we drink a shit ton after
    shifts to cope with the stress working around hot shit,
    crazy guests and crushing pressure every day and night + drinking and the karaoke is fun.
    Personally I get black out drunk twice, maybe thrice a week drinking tequila with beer as chaser
    It is not cool at all if you're serious about lifting.
    Recovery gets affected, yung diet mo will suffer and you'd have less time to dedicate yourself
    to training both in and mentally out of the gym.

    Sa tingin ko If I didn't drink a drop up to now I would've been closer to my goal than I am now. If you can. Quit drinking.

    i feel all those who tries to resist but just cant due to work requirements... i consider myself a non-drinker but because of the nature of my job, i NEED to have a shot or two just to make a better relationship with clients during meetings or events..

    that is the only time i resort to drinking... pag dating sa mga kamag anak or kaibigan sa pinas, kahit may mga okasyon, hindi ako umiinom nang alak. kain lang nang lechon!

    Sa field ko din lalo na nung nasa construction pako, almost every other day ang inuman at mandatory pa pag nandun ang pinaka boss. Di lang kasi on the professional level pati personal level "pakikisama" dapat kumonek din para sa better career/faster promotion.

    Ngayon I drink once/twice a month, depende pag nayaya sa opisina ng mga managers pero ung ako yung magyayaya hindi. We all have our reasons to drink, i think it's a matter of focusing on your goal to adjust if may bumps like this.
