ON Whey 24g Protein vs Mega Mass 50g protein

What are the differences?

Anong target nila?

I have ON Whey siguro around 2lbs nalang ang natitira and kapag naubos, naghahanap ako ng ipapalit.

may nakita ako na 50g protein, mega mass ata yun (basta about mass yung pangalan, not sure) okay ba tong inumin (nakaktempt kasi yung 50g protein)

btw, I am standing 5'9" to 5'10" at around 70kg (with belly fats)

Do I still need mass gainer or Whey Protein na?

    dude, nakita mo ba kung ilang servings yung 50g ng mega mass? try mo tignan and im sure kung protein lang ang hanap mo babalik at babalik ka sa whey.

    yang 50g na nakita mo sa mass may kasamang calories na sobrang dami din, kaya bago mo maubos busog kana :D
  • I dont understand the chat but the VS i understand and that u have bellyfat.
    Mass gainers often contains of Maltodextrin that is a bad carbohydrate all in all.. and its easier to gain fat when using.

    Mass gainers all in all is something i would not reccomend even on bulking to get surplus on calories. i would just highten the fats instead. Carbs influence our insulin levels... and the insulin levels is the key to fat burning ;)

    ON whey without doubts if ur focus is loss of bodyfats :)
