  • Are u asking about supplements?

    If ur diet is in order as it comes to protein intake i am one of those after many years of trying not convinced we need protein-powder only on the last part of a ripping diet. So bcos of that reason i dont add whey protein as number 1. If u dont have ur protein intake in the diet offcourse the add protein supp as whey protein before and after gym. 1 serving.

    1.Creatine Monohydrate
    2.Multivitamin/Mineral
    3.Fats ( Omega 3)
    4.BCAA
    5.Glutamine.
    6.Pre-workout.

    This is my advice and in the same line of supps i use.
