    update:

    finished the 1st month of my program habang tumatagal lalong humihirap.

    lifting stats as of now:

    BBP: 110lbs (2 sessions na akong ganyan ang weight try ko increase next workout)

    Shoulder Press: 80 (2 sessions na ding ganyan medyo hirap mag increase)

    Squats: 140lbs

    deadlift: 140lbs

    Barbell row: 110lbs

    Current weight and BF percentage(bodyfat calculator of livestrong.com)

    weight: 160lbs

    BF%: 13.6

    medyo hindi ako naniniwala sa BF ko ngayon sa tingin ko ganun pa din mga nasa 14.7 post ako ng pic mamaya after school. :sport:

    ^Heavy DL's will give you strong traps and back. I bet you can do more on your DL's since parehas lang sila ng squats mo.

    What I mean is ideally must mabigat dapat ang DL mo kesa sa squat. That's why nasabi ko na you can do more than 140lbs.

    haha! yes sir this week my deadlift will be equal to my body weight na. kaya siguro nagsabay sinunod ko kasi yung nasa SL tracker na dnownload ko. haha

    3rd session trying to accomplish 5x5 SMP.

    3rd set up to 3 reps padin,

    nagpa-spot ako to complete 5x5.

    wew, struggling ako sa pressing exercises.

    squat 150lbs today. after 3rd repetition sumakit lower back ko so i dropped the weight to 140lbs. hanggang ngayon sumasakit pa din. :|

    Hmmmmm.... try checking your form again sir you might be doing a "semi-good morning" instead of a squat if your form is correct you will barely feel any strain sa lower back on a proper squat. or maybe your hips go up first before your chest w/c shouldn't be. tama baba mo muna weight then train w/ proper form muna.

    thanks sa advice sir DS. siguro dahil din sa smith machine gamit ko. may access lang ako sa gym na may power rack kapag mag yaya mga katropa mag gym. mukang sa hips din nga sir, hindi ko na din kasi napapansin yun focused sa legs yung mind ko when doing squat. going to check my form later.

    ah oo nga pala noh sa smith ka pala nagsa squat, well yan ang mahirap pag mabigat na ang squat mo sa smith machine, chances are tatama talaga sya sa lower back and hips mo kasi it limits the range of motion during the squat, eitherway check your form pa din hehe.

    ah oo nga pala noh sa smith ka pala nagsa squat, well yan ang mahirap pag mabigat na ang squat mo sa smith machine, chances are tatama talaga sya sa lower back and hips mo kasi it limits the range of motion during the squat, eitherway check your form pa din hehe.

    sir mukang sa form nga yung problem ko and the way i do every reps. natapos ko yung squat ko ngayon without back pain 150lbs.

    eto yung nakita kong problema:

    *mas nauuna nga dati yung hips
    *binababad ko sa ilalim yung bar when i squat for 2-3 secs. ang dapat pala perform the reps as fast as i can nireview ko yung SL5x5 workout sheet.

    same weight pdin ako ngayon sa SMP 80lbs ginawa ko na lang 3X5 sya at natapos ko naman dagdag na ko next session.

    sa deadlift 160lbs same as my bodyweight medyo napasarap nakalimutan kong 1x5 lang pla pag DL nagawa kong 5x5. XD

    ah yun naman pala, una chest aangat before hips kasi mauuwi talaga sa good mornings yun pag nagkamali ka worst case pa is injury.

    hindi pa sir sagad ko muna ng 12 weeks.pero pag isipan ko muna kung mag move po ako to phase to or change workout after 12 weeks. :]

    start of week 7.

    current weight: 161lbs

    current BF%: 13.58 (via livestrong)

    after two weeks 1lb lang nadagdag sa timbang ko pero muka akong tumaba lalo sa arm area walang korte malapad lang pero yung BF level ko naman ganun padin. haha weird

    we have the same weight as of now.. stucked at 161 lbs..

    ^ nag iincrease pa naman yung weight ko, haha nagdadag dag lang ako ng carbs and protein sa diet para mag gain pa ng weight. Goodluck din sir sa goals mo! :]start of week 7:

    wew kala ko makakatakas na ako sa 80lb SMP bumigay pa sa 5th set. haha! ok lang kaya ko na yun next session. sa DL 180lbs nangalay na legs ko sa 3rd rep kaya i rested for 10secs to complete 5 reps, pero i'm not satisfied kaya ulitin ko 180lbs DL next session.

    2nd week na sa 162lbs weight ko, bumabagal na yung pagdagdag pero nagkokorte na ng konti katawan. still not satisfied with my weight, my goal is to bulk up to 170-175 lbs then cut. gonna add ice cream to my diet just for once a week to add some source of calories. :]

    last day of week 8 5x5. Deadlift day yeah! nag deload din ako this week sa SMP at BBP sana makapag progress na ko sa lifts na yan kahit 10lbs before finishing my 12 weeks doing 5x5. sa squats nagstall na din sa 170 lbs try ko mag 3x3 para makapagdagdag ng weight. sa barbell row wala naman masyadong problem i'm on 150lbs na sa rows also sa deadlift nasa 190lbs na hoping 200lbs next week. :]

    halos parehas pala tayo ng lifting stats pero 3 x 5 lang ako. Nag stall din ako sa squat sa 180 lbs kaya nag deload ako a few weeks ago.. Next work out ko mahi-hit ko na ulit ung 180 lbs sana ma overcome ko at malagpasan ko na rin sa susunod na mga buhat ko...

    Sa SMP rin nag stall na rin ako jan pero 2 workouts ago nalagpasan ko na rin ung plateau ko

    Sa BPP rin deload din ako pero nung last workout ko parang ang lakas ko pa baka in a few workouts malagpasan ko narin

    kayang kaya mo yan kain ka lang ng marami kasi alam ko relative ang increase ng strength sa pag increase ng body weight...

    thanks sir! haha oo kakayanin toh! naisip ko din yun magdagdag ng calories pa wala muna ako pakealam sa body fat percentage importante sakin ngayon is yung target weight ko for bulk. sa monday dadating na din yung 1st whey protein ko. haha tska na ako mag-strict ng diet after ko ma achieve yung target weight ko.

    isa pa pala yun na personal experience ko.. Nung wala akong whey nag stall lahat ng lifts ko hahahaha. Hirap sa recovery kasi ngaun 2x or 3x ako nag whey at maganda ang tama sakin ng PM7.

    mukang mahirap nga kung walang supplement, nitro tech yung binili sa akin ng kapatid ko galing ibang bansa. 1st time kong mag whe-whey haha masarap naman ba?
