    unahin mo pagkain. don't compensate bad diet with supplements. gamit ka lang whey to add sa macros mo where mahirap mkakuha ng protein on a given day or 1-2 scoops of whey nalang to meet your protein intake.

    Nung bago kasi sa deadlift mixed grip agad ginagwa ko without knowing ano ba purpose nun then may nabasa ako somewhere na dapat overhand muna to build grip strength tska malaki rin daw carry over sa ibang exercises pero ang di ko alam is at what point ba acceptable na yung grip strength mo haha. Right now 205lbs 1x3 pilit at medyo nagbbreak na form ko gamit overhand. Pwede na siguro ako mag mixed? Actually kaya ata ako di na msyado nagpprogress kakaisip nito haha.

    Include mo yung exercise weight, sets, and reps paps.

    And san galing yung workout program mo? Any reason why dumbbell squat instead of barbell squat? Tska I suggest do the standard overhead press instead of seated.

    You might want to replace yung ibang curls with chinups so both back and bi's ang tama.

    In my opinion you should just do a normal A/B plan instead of splits since this is a 3 day workout.

    In terms of intake, maintenance ka lang or slow bulk for a few months and focus on building the muscles.
