  • Animal Pak and Animal Stak (journey)

    Its been a week since I start this journal of mine monday na ngayon and you know pagod ka sa kahapon na workout kahit sunday kasi dun lang ako nakaka habol ng exercises Im doing back and leg yesterday almost 2hrs halos gumapang ako monday now arms lang and pahinga muna BTW the animal pak and animal stak
