    you cant rush perfection. i tried rushing before and i only got a LOT of water weight and a LOT of fat. sising-sisi ako non kasi ang hirap magpapayat. naiinggit nga ako sayu kasi mapayat ka na and you can just focus on building muscle.

    ayan din ang ginamit ko noon mutant mass. ang daming asukal nyan. ang narinig kong comments sa mga kakilala ko noon "uy tumaba ka ah" which is what i didnt want to hear lol.

    if given a 2nd chance, i would get protein with less than 2g of sugar which is what im doing right now. :)

  • TO BULK OR TO CUT

    palit tayo katawan haha.

    depende po ata sa goals mo. sabi nyo takot kayo tumaba at competing, cutting will hit 2 birds with 1 stone. mas magiging defined yung shadows or linya linya nung katawan which will make you look bigger (in my opinion) at hindi ka pa tataba.

    pero kung wala ka pa naman balak mag-compete, bulk na hehe.

  • Galawang newb: 6 weeks, no visible gains?!

    just keep going. 6 weeks is a short time to notice gains. i would say 6 months to 1 year. also take pictures and measurements to see your progress.

    kung walang squat rack, try dumbbell squats. you really need to hit this huge muscle group to release those growth hormones for whole body muscle building.

    pero personally, as long as may protein yan, kakainin ko yan haha. pero pulubi lng aku haha. yaman nyo naman paps.
