20 pound loss in 6 weeks would mostly be water weight. expect your progress to slow down when the unnecessary water weight is gone. but that 20 pound loss is still progress, after all, weight is weight.
regarding stubborn belly fat, it is usually the last to go so just keep doing what you're doing and make sure you're getting enough protein. if your goal is let's say 140 lbs, what you want is 140 lbs with 6-pack abs, not 140 lbs with a belly.

ang alam ko 1 week rest. pero para mas cgurado ask mo na rin yung dentist. baka pwede na cguro after 3 days pero light weights lng muna. wisdom tooth ba papabunot mo? kapag hindi, wag mu papabunot sayang baka maayos pa. ako dati muntik ko na pabunot yung isa kong ipin pero pinipilit ako nung dentista na wag daw. akala ko gus2 nya lng ako perahan. mas mura kasi pag pabunot ko na lang. buti na lng hindi ko pinabunot, kumpleto pa ipin ko hehe. naayos ng dalawang buwan na root canal. inabot nga lng ako ng mga 25k ata yun.
