    Kung may magtatanong kung ano advantage ng upper lower sa bro split, ang upper lower mas mataas frequency kasi mahihit mo every muscle group twice per week kung ikukumpara mo sa bro split na once per week lang, para sa akin mas optimal tong ganitong approach kung hindi ka gumagamit ng performance enhancing drugs. That's my 2 cents pwede kayong maniwala or hindi. Nasa pag program din ng workout yan para mas maging effective ang upper lower split, mas mababa ang volume nya per day kung ikukumpara sa bro split.
