    Ay sige post ko mamaya. Nasa office kasi ako. diet ko nung 1st month walang rice po.
    630 AM - Oatmeal + Banana + 1 eggwhite + Tea
    930 AM - 1 eggwhite + 1 pcs. wheatbread
    1230 PM - Kamote/wheatbread + Chicken breast (steamed) + scrambled egg + kamatis/pipino
    330 PM - Veggie salad + 1 eggwhite
    630 PM - Veggie + Fish + chicken brest/tuna in can
    bago matulog - Fruits/wheat bread/skimmed milk

    Di naman ganyan ka sakto yung oras pero 6 times ako kumakaen.
    Tapos iniiba iba ko nalang para di nakakasawa. Pero yung sa oatmeal di ako pumapalya dun.
    Di rin ako nag susugar.

    Malaki nabawas sakin nung time na yan. Tapos the following month kumaen na ko ng kanin, hanggang nababawasan nalang yung kaen ko kasi ang bilis ko mabusog :)

    Opo dati sinubukan ko yang ganyan, kaso inaabot po ako ng halos 2 hrs sa gym eh. Kaya nag change ako ng program.
