    Ang Sarap ng low bar squat,kahit almost 2 months puro high bar..lol naka tulong din sa shoulder problem ko nakatulong din yung Therapepe este therapy, nawala na yung sakit,pero shoulder press lang lagi ko ginagawa at hindi pako ng sside lateral uli..mamaya mag cchest nako,pero siempre DB lang at light weight lol buti nalang di pa nag fflat dede ko,pero kitang kita ko na yung pag babago sa upper,halos 1 month ng walang chest workout. lol

    @t4g4y hahah maraming tao ang gugulo,di alam kung ano gagawin nila lalo na yung mga bagong dating,di alam ang gagawin kasi priority ng trainer eh mga bebot heheh

    @cheesmack yup pero minsan gabi din kaya lang magka sunod talaga yung legs at delt ko. 4x or minsan 3x lang kapag grabe pa yung doms..
