    7pm - 1 cup of rice. Meat or veggies (depende sa ulam) within 350 calories

    7pm-11am fasting

    Monday (Back,Biceps)
    Tuesday (Chest , Triceps)
    Wednesday (Shoulder , Traps)
    Thursday-Friday (Rest)
    Sat.-Sunday (Cardio with Intervals)
