    Squat 5x5 (2 sets warm up. 1st set -bar weight only 10-12 reps,2nd set -50% of total max weight 8-10 reps, then 4x5 max weight) napansin ko lang kahit na 6 days rest nandun parin yung lakas hehehe
    Bench Press - Pyramid + 3 other chest exercises
    Dumbbell Rows 5x5 + 3 other back exercises
    Accessory exercise - Triceps & Biceps

    Pre workout
    neuro core 2 scoops + creatine 1 scoop
    fried dumplings 5-7 pcs.? :)
    Post workout
    Beef Wanton Noodles, Fried Chicken and beef with broccoli (no rice).nag tanong pa yung waiter samin kung wala ba talaga kaming inorder na kanin.. hahaha, pero mataas parin carbs niyan gawa nung noodles..
    pero ayusin ko na ulit diet ko pagka tapos ng new year. promise.. hehe :)

    Share ko lang pala guys Last Week pala kinasal po ako sa long time GF/live in partner ko. (14years po kami)
    share ko lang yung experience,, sobrang saya po niya grabe,ganun pala pag kinakasal lalo na pag mahal mo talaga at ang dame niyong pinag daanan bago dumating yung kasal.. simple lang yung kasal pero para akong nasa langit, ayaw kong matapos yung araw na yun. hahaha, tapos ilang days lang lumipas pasko naman, sunod sunod ang ligaya, hahaha tapos new year, tapos honey moon. parang ito na yung pinaka masayang taon ng buhay ko. hehehe. Salamat po Panginoon.. Pag nakuha ko na yung final Same day edit namin post ko saglit dito. tsaka yung ibang pics. hehe. Good day mga sir!

    Post workout meal, pagka galing sa gym bihis saglit sa bahay tapos derecho sa mall kahapon, sa sobrang busy kasi before ng wedding hindi ko napag balot ng gift yung anak ko for Christmas haha,kaya pinapili ko na lang siya kahapon hehe.
