Stick to reps with not less than 10 reps for hypertrophy. Should you wish to gain strength, you can shoot for 6-8 rep range.

Hit your Traps every shoulder and back day.. Do light and high reps during back day and Heavy on Shoulders day. Focus ka lang sa shrugs and make sure you are doing it properly by not rotating your shoulders. Focus ka lang sa A to B (up down) movement.
nice gains.. keep it coming.. do not rely too much on protein.. bata ka pa naman at mataas pa testosterone mo. up your carbs every week and your meal frequency and lift smart by not sacrificing from and intensity. Invest in a good gym instead of supplementing too much.
