    ako naman paps. bihira na ko uminom. mga once or twice a month nalang. pag namimiss ko lang. pero binabawi ko sa gym kinabukasan. actally sa totoo lang, alam naman natin kung san nag sisimula ang problema eh. takot lang tayo tangapin na ung mga bagay na nakakapag pasaya satin (bisyo, pagkain, lifestyle) ang nakakasama tlga. at the end, nag hahanap tayo ng alternative answer na akma sa gusto nading marinig ung hindi maapektuhan ung current doings natin which is doesnt work that way. dont worry seems like youre all good paps. just warm up slowly then do your lifts then mag cool doown ka ulit. para hindi biglang taas ung heart rate mo. pero if ever may mga mali ka nararamdaman or gut feel/instict na parang may off. go see a doctor. pacheck mo na dapat mo ipachek para once and for all ma adress na ung issues ng bumabagabag sayo.
