    Pang 14th bag na ako. Ako, 3 rounded tablespoons with low fat milk before going to bed,,,repeat uli bago mag gym,,,,right after my last set, repeat uli. Same on my days off,,,3 times a day ako. Why,,,because you build muscle when you're resting and sleeping,,need to feed and repair muscle tissues torn when working out. You don't get big sa gym,,,you get big by what you eat and feed your muscles on your days off. Hope this helps. Best wishes!!!cheers
