    ask ko lang po kung tama ginagawa ko. 79Kilos 5"6 po height ko. Mataba po ako at malaki ang tiyan. Gusto ko lang naman po yong sakto lang may korte katawan at saka lumiit ang tiyan. Sa Diet naman po nag bawas na po ako ng rice. Tapos po sa bahay po kung ano lang meron yon lang po pag kaen namin. ANY SUGESTION PO KUNG MAY KULANG AKO.!!!vrr9RjZh.jpg
