    Hi bago lang po ako dito. well dati ko pa binabasa ang forums dito pero di ko naisipan na gumawa ng account :) I used to play volleyball before but after 2 years of not playing volleyball (after graduation and graveyard work) I gained 37 lbs. 165lbs to 202lbs. Feel ko sobrang bilis ng pag gain ko ng fat, yung tipong nagka stretchmarks ako. HAHAHAH

    Im Planning to post every 4 weeks of progression and my weight. starting today. This would be my first day to lift weights/ exercise AGAIN. Sana maging consistent ako :( gusto ko na ulit makapaglaro + nakaka angat ng pakiramdam pag nasusunod mo sarili mong sched. nagbibigay feeling ng sense of control. syempre aesthetics rin :D pero feel ko too late naba magsisimula na 24 na ako .
