    compound exercises like squats. tapos pag talagang nagtitipid ka, at least 50% or more of your body weight in protein. (tama ba grammar ko lol. basta ganun) :D examples: grilled tilapia and chicken.

    try nyo rin po check sa personal journals dito sa forum, pinopost po nila yung workouts nila.

  • 5x5 stronglift

    maganda po yan pero dapat tama daw yung form mo from head to toe kundi matatapos daw ng maaga yung bodybuilding dreams mo kasi kadalasan yan shoulder or spine injury. mejo hndi ka pa ma-i-injury pag beginner weights up to 220 pounds ata yun. pero tumataas pa lalo yung risk pagdating mo sa intermediate weights kaya dapat sa umpisa pa lng i-practice na daw yung perfect form at flexibility ng hamstrings.

    mag-ge-gain ka talaga dahil ang goal ng stronglifts is increasing weights. the bigger the weights, the more the gains.

    very inspiring. i was losing motivation kasi puro kainan left and right for the past 2 months. akala ko tapos na yung kainan sa christmas, tapos andami naman nagpa-despedida nung january at feb pabalik sa canada/US puro oily foods. ngayun, im slowly going back on track. kakainggit naman yung katawan mo kuya haha. magkakaron din aku nyan hehehe
