    Welcome bro, ok naman routine mo kaso sa day 4 sabay ang lower part saka upper part mo Legs, calve, arms.

    Try mo lang ito bro.

    Day 1 Chest,Bicep,Abs,
    Day 2 Back,Tricep
    Day 3 Shoulder,Abs
    Day 4 Legs,Calves

    Kahit na Ecto ka need mo parin mag cardio bro kahit ng 15mins lang.
