Cream Dory anyone?

I have this in my diet for over a year already. I steam 1kg of fillet with garlic, pepper and kalamansi. Taste is okay. Sometimes, it feels like you're eating pure fat due to its tenderness. But I made a search in the net, so far ok naman ang nutritional facts. low fat and high protein

Cream Dory Fillet

Has any of you have this in your regular meal plan? Sa SM kase, if I'm not mistaken nasa 100-120 pesos per kilo lang

    big time naman sir dory talaga ang nasa meal plan...pde yan i-pan fry sir or pan grill..masarap din yun..

    Trip ko lang to kapag breaded then fried tipong fish n chips style, yung luto mo ganyan na steamed pag tagal tagal nasusuka nako kasi mahirap alisin yung lansa nya hehe at sobrang lambot.

    para mawala lansa, kalamansi, lemon, garlic, lemon grass and ginger ang mga pde mong ihalo..hanap ka lang san ka may comftable..
  • masubukan nga yang pan fry. di na kelangan ng mantika right?

    yung fish n chips kase mukhang dip fry yata yun. tsaka added carbs na kung breaded. e may brown rice na ko

    Kailangan padin mantika boss didikit yang isda eh, yung added carbs sa breaded konti lang yon baka papalo ng 2-3g lang carbs don flour gamit ko, computed naman macros ko kaya ayos lang sakin yang added carbs

    badtrip ako sa cream dori,na dudurog agad hahah pero mataas protein sabi ng nutrition facts niya lol

    ok pa kaya ang quality ng frozen na stock nyan sa mga grocery? nung nagsale kasi sa waltermart, buy 1 take 1 @P120 per kilo

  • I don't like this fish too. Masarap lang pag fried and breaded. On its own it sucks. Or di lang siguro ako marunong magluto.
  • i usually eat this on breakfast coz you can already swallow it after a couple of chews. especially pag nagmamadali to work

    kelangan pang mayaman yung frying pan mo...ahahaha..you can use olive oil naman..hindi naman sya lulunurin sa oil eh...
  • alam ko may sariling mantika yang dory e, di siguro didikit sa non-stick pan yan. tsaka pangit gawin panluto ang olive oil bro, sabi ni Udo masahul pa daw sa vegetable oil if heated at a certain degree. kaya canola oil recommended nya

    Na try ko na boss di pwede walang oil unang una malambot sya kaya didikit sya kahit papano once dumikit yan masisira na itsura nung isda dahil pipilitin mong maalis sa pag kaka dikit, pwede yang olive oil pero at low heat lang.

    Dati kasama sa diet ko yan, sa savemore ako bumibili.
    Paprika, salt and pepper solb na e.
    Oo mura nga kilo kaya kinuha ko, pero parang nung kinilo kasama yung yelo kasi kapag natangal yung yelo napaka konti hahaha. Kaya minabuti kong manok na lang.

    ^ Kung ayaw mo ng madaming oil boss try mo na lang yung mga pang spray.
    May canola or olive oil na version yun e mas mahal nga lang.

    Pero yan sa pan konting konting mantika lang ok na, as in mabasa lang yung pan.

    Sa tingen boss ok naman, ok naman yung mga nabibili ko nun.
    Yun nga lang parang kasama na yung yelo nung tininbang pag nawala yung yelo anliit na niya. Haha.
    Tas kapag kinumpara mo sa isang kilong manok din, ibang iba e halos wala pa sa kalahati haha.

    as i've mentioned dapat pangmayaman ang frying pan..at syempre ang olive oil pang mayaman din...
    mabango olive oil na pang mayaman...ahahaha..hindi sya ginagamitan ng bonfire..masusunog sya agad...

    wag na pan fry...tsk!!!pan grilled na lang..o kaya gamit ka turbo broiler...kung wala down grade ka ng oven toaster...


    -fine chopped garlic and ginger mixed in dried rosemarie and a bit of salt and pepper rub it to dory then put inside the broiler (follow corresponding time and temp) or use toaster

    chadan!!!

    Share ko lang. Nung tuesday nagpromo market market kapag more than 1500 ata you can buy cream dori at 30 per kg. Baka meron pa till mow. I usually eat this after being marinated sa kalamansi, pwedeng breaded or cooked sa non stick pan masarap parin basta may suka with chili powder ^_^

    check ko sa pasay market kung magkano cream dori dun. for sure hindi frozen yun hehe..
