    Mga bro tanong ko lang kung oks na ba yung makaubos ako ng whole chicken sa isang araw? Hindi naman po isang upuan lang, siguro divided into four meals pwera pa yung mga snacks. Plus palagi din naman ako may dalawang eggs sa bawat kain ko. Okay na kaya yun to cover yung 1g of protein per bodyweight in pounds? Btw, nasa 145lbs po ako.

    Pasensya na po kung medyo magulo post ko. If ever may hindi maintindihan paki-quote na lang po para maexplain ko din po.

    ok lang un bro, maganda nga divided ung protein mo all throughout the day eh.

    Sabi rin pala ni my idol Dorian Yates, dapat daw aim natin is 1.5g per lb of bodyweight, kasi minsan daw eh kulang ung actual na intake natin pero kung taasan mo magkulang ka man sapat na un.

    medyo malabo pero sana ma gets nyo hahaha.

    ^agree, just like what idol DY said. Ngayon, if you feel you're having a hard time consuming approximately 217.5 grams of protein, dyan na papasok ang protein supplements.     Guys, need your opinions lang. Bulking po ako ngayon, 4th week ko na with Sean Nalewanyj program. But masyado ako nako-conscious sa chan ko. Okay lang po ba na mag cardio ako tuwing saturday kahit nasa bulking stage? 15 percent inclined with 5.5 speed for 1 hour. Balak ko din po kasi sana mag cardio on the 9th week, which is yung 1 week off gym. Kahit m-w-f-sat sana kung okay lang.

    kasi pag pinag patuloy mo bulk mo mas lalong lalaki yan

    Chan lang naman po kasi malaki sakin. And ganyan itsura pag bagong kain. Pag hindi naman e medyo maliit. So bawal po ba yung plan ko, na mag cardio every sat?

    ^hindi kasi porket nag cardio ka ibig sabihin liliit din tiyan mo pag nag bulking ka....

    sa Bulking stage pag nag start ka kung ano yung bodyfat/mga fat mo eh ganun na yun sa bulking stage kaya nga mas maganda mag start kapag may visible abs ng konti...

    pero ikaw bahala..kasi kung ako sayo mag diet muna ko...
