Pescatarian Meal Plan

Mga bosing, newbie ako dito sa site tsaka sa BB. Meron ba kayong ma-sugges na meal plan para sa tulad kong pescatarian, o yung kumakain lang ng fish, seafoods, veggies tsaka eggs? Maraming salamat!

    Mga ilang grams ba ng tuna ang suitable na kainin sa isang meal? I mean, kung nagpabigat ako (155 lbs lang kasi ang timbang ko at gusto kong umabot ng 170 lbs).

    you should at least aim for 30-40g of protein per eating and eat at least 4-5 times a day. depends on the availability/accessibility of food for you but you must break it in parts like i have stated.

    a can of tuna yields at least 24-25 grams of protein as the label says. lol!
    but if you have the means to buy fresh fishes like tuna, cream dory or salmon, then do. its always nice to eat fresh foods than processed ones.

    Yes bro in order to gain weight you also need excess caloric intake , kung puro protein kakalabasan mo lang niyan is leaner.

    calorie is calorie as long as sumobra yung calorie intake mo kahit pa galing sa karne yan eh mag gigain ka pa rin ng weight.

    uu, naranasan ko to nung my second year of working out. Puro protein lang kinakain ko akala ko mag build ako ng muscle at at mag lose ng fat at the same time. Pero nung natauhan ako mas lumiit pala ako ayun i learned the hard way hahahaha.

    Seventh Day Adventist kami bro. Essentially, vegetarianism yung pinapractice ng karamihan. Hindi ko pa kasi kaya yun. :))

    Isda at ibang seafoods, itlog, tsaka gatas lang. Tsaka gulay and prutas. Mahirap talaga kung BB ang pinaguusapan, pero pag-normal activities lang gaya ng dati, hindi naman. :)

    Thanks bos! Ano ba ang appropriate na caloric intake para sa kin? [150 lbs (bumaba ang timbang ko nung tinestingan kong yung protein diet -- lols) gusto maging 170]

    ^wag mo na computin calories basta kumain kalang ng madami..siguro every 2hours na lagi mabigat tiyan mo kasi madami ka kinain para sure weight gain...den sleep 8hours+
