first time to do a log like this. im going to do a 3 month cycle of AAS, just testosterone but this time it will be longer than my other cycles in the past. im hoping to to gain more mass and be a bit leaner with this cycle. (god, help me to have discipline) lol.
current stats: 5'7" 193lbs approximately at 20% bodyfat.
diet: normal diet, just going to clean it up a bit. less sodium and less sugar.
supplements: just whey and some multivitamins.
workout routine: 5 days a week 1 body part per day. lift as heavy and intense as i can no excuses!
