    1 scoop(scoop ng whey) Non fat milk powder
    Half cup Ice cream sorbetes payday pack choco flavor
    1 spoon peanut butter

    1cup water

    direction:
    put all ingredients into blender before adding the water. blend for 30-40 mins. ad water if needed.
