Ask ko lang guys ano magandang therapy sa back pain? Been squating for a 280 pounds for 8 reps and deadlift for 200 pounds for 4 reps.
Hindi ko lang alam kung saan sa dalawa nakatriger ng back pain, it really hurts kahit nakaupo or nakahiga ako. Any recommendation guys?
