    what I do now is mga basic gym exercise lang plus cardio. bike battle rope ladder etc.

    sa diet mejo hirap pa pero as much as possible IIFYM gnagawa ko kahit na di ko nasusukat ung knakain ko. haha bbili muna ako ng kitchen scale.

    any input guys? on what work out or diet. basketball player built sana gusto ko. ung di masyadong malalaki. mga sakto lang kasi tignan. may program bang ganon? hehe salamat

    Learn how to count calories. Yun yung fastest way to lose fat. Alamin mo TDEE mo. Marami tdee calculator sa net. Example ang tdee mo is 2200 to maintain -500 lang gawin mo para ma lose mo 1lb a week, so that is 1700. No need to do those diet myths. Just eat at your computed caloric deficit at mag lolose ka ng weight. Sa program naman maraming available na beginner program sa internet. And dont worry dun sa masyadong malaki na built. Years na years ang kailangan mo dun bago ka lumaki. Medyo parehas tayo ng body type. Ganyan din ako nagsimula. Basta be consistent.

    216lbs na ako.

    2x a week weight lifting(moderate lang)
    1x circuit
    then basketball 4x a week
