    Haha! Makababoy naman. Sa akin minsan feeling ko naman okay na. But may times na pakiramdam ko payat ko pa rin despite ng pagpapahirap ko sa sarili sa pagbubuhat. Probably dahil sa damit na suot? And the fact na payat naman talaga ako nung bata. Though pagsinasabi ko sa iba na ampayat ko sabi nila di naman ako payat. Hehe.

    Update: Nagpabutas ako ng extra sa sinturon ko kasi di na niya nagagawa yung function niya.

    Weighed-in last weekend and surprisingly, I lost 2kg! :(

    Siguro dahil I ditched my breakfast, pero target ko nga mag gain eh. :(

    I started tracking my macros na rin, so on average, I lack around 700/day calories based sa recommended ni MyFitnessPal.

    New PR this morning.

    50kg 5 reps for squats.

    Not perfect form but will work on it. Kaya ko pa sana dagdagan ng kaunti pero natatakot ako baka bumigay ang likod ko.

    Changed my program and for the last 6 weeks, there's a noticeable progress (i think).

    Still, problema ko pa rin yung belly area. Hay.
