Newbie from Bicol

Hello guys! I'm Kevs from Bicol bago lang ako dito sa site na to I hope i learn many things from you guys hehe. To start of eh nagstart ako mag workout nung February last year and stopped mid August saka dati obese ako dati eh ngayon eh normal na lang.The thing is ang taas pa ng fat ko around 25% pa. Ginamit ko yung fat loss monitor dati sa Fitness First guest ako nun ng pinsan ko kaya nagkaroon ako ng access. Now I;m trying to get back in the gym training scenario para mawala na yung umbok na tyan ko ng tuluyan. haha pa advice na lng mga paps i consider myself newbie.

    hndi po mashadong accurate and mga fat loss monitors. although they give a general idea of where you are. best way pa rin is through the mirror. if you like what you see, then keep doing what you're doing. heh heh
