    UPDATE:
    June 11 to June 24 twice lang ako mag gym sa loob ng dalawang linggo na yun. Reason? Panay gimik hahaha kaya pag may hang over di makabuhat. Dahil din dun di ko masyado nasunod diet ko dahil nsgtitipid para nakapag alak hahaha. Nag stop din ako mag take ng creatine dahil bumili ako bagong phone at kailangan ko bayaran yun. So, eto bagsak ako sa 119lbs from 124lbs pero sa tignin ko water weight lang naman nawala sakin dahil sa creatine. At balak ko na rin talaga mag stop sa creatine para na rin idagdag nalang sa pagkain yung pang supplement. At since nung last Monday back on track na ulit ako sa gym. At ngayon araw back on track na ako ulit sa diet ko! :)

    Dagdag ko na rin, sa loob ng 2 weeks na yun na puro ako gimik talagang napansin ko yung pagbabago sa sarili ko simula nung nag buhat ako. Mas tumaas self confidence ko at talagang napapansin ng mga tropa ko yung pagbabago sa katawan ko. At syempre mas marami ako nabibihag na chikababes hahahaha. Yung mga babaeng hindi ako pinapansin dati pinapansin na nila ko hahahaha. Ang saya lang grabe. Pero napagisip isip ko hindi pa ako kuntento sa na achieve ko ngayon kaya mas fofocusan ko na ulit ang pag workout. Wag niyo ko punahin na baka nagpapalaki lang ako katawan dahil sa babae at hindi para sa sarili ko. Im doing both hahahahaha. Saka sarisarili naman tayo ng dahilan kung bat tayo nagpapaganda ng katawan! Peace out!!

    Incline Dumbbell press 5x10
    Lat pulldowns or One arm row 5x10

    Bb curls 3x10

    Saturday or Sunday (depende sa gusto kong araw):
    Deadlift 5/3/1 Approach
    Squat 5x10
    Hanging leg raise 5x10

    @cheesmack sir hindi haha ubos pera ko pag ganon wahahaha. Total napo hinati hati ko na lang. 1kg of meat for 7 days kasi sakin yun.
