Ayos ba mag Whey Gold Standard or sa Food na lang bumawi?

Advice naman mga paps medyo nagstart nako magbuhat mag 1 month na din I'm thinking if it good to take whey protein, kasi tingin ung nakakain ko is not that enough, umiinom din ako ng Vitamilk after workout, isa kasi sa mga naging challenge sa akin ay muka daw katawan ng tomboy ung body ko hahaha kasi payat at maliit ako. Gusto ko sana magkaroon ng konting mass.

    count your intake paps. pag kulang at nahihirapan kang ifill in yung kulang saka ka magtake ng supplements. apir! pero as much as possible stick ka nlng sa whole food. imatch mo rin calorie intake mo saka protein intake mo depende sa level of activity mo. ;) wink wink

    unahin mo pagkain. don't compensate bad diet with supplements. gamit ka lang whey to add sa macros mo where mahirap mkakuha ng protein on a given day or 1-2 scoops of whey nalang to meet your protein intake.

    Yun nga paps ginagawa ko kasi ay kain lng ako ng kain 2 wholeeggs na miryenda at minsan isang sweet corn, lakas ko din kumain ng rice, sa ngaun siguro mag stick muna ko sa whole foods.

    Yes maganda yan... sa lahat ng whey natikman ko un yata anfd pnakamaganda. Cons is d masyado malasa. Ingat lang sa mga fake, i got mine from thesexyinformer.com

    pwede ka rin magtake ng whey + whole food kapag feel mo di ka talaga nagggain ng weight or body mass sa whole food lang. may barkada kasi ako na super skinny talaga sya at kulang ang whole food lang, so nagaadd nya ng mga 200-500 calories sa diet nya gamit ang whey and mass gainer.

    kung sapat naman macros mo no need ng supps, pero pag kulang lalo na sa mga gusto mag gain at umay na umay na sa kinakain, need mo na ng tulong nang supps :)

    try using myfitnesspal paps sa food diary makikita mo kung na reach mo macros mo o hindi

    Good Job bro. Para sakin the most important thing is that you eat the right way and that you get in the amount of protein that your body needs. Kung sa tingin mo nagkukulang yung protein intake at meron kang budget doon ka mag try ng supplements like whey protein, whey isolate or kung nagpapalaki ka mass gainer. It is absolutely essential that you have enough protein so that you can really experience the muscle growth.
