I want to look fit :( please help me

Height: 5’10”
Weight: 73kgs.
Goal: 80 Kgs sana with lean muscles na and to lose belly fat.

Good morning mga ka PBB! Im basically very new here in and now I just started my workout sa gym. Una sundo’t sundot lang ako sa gym ngaun nagpamember na ako para matutukan ko talaga. And problem ko talaga hard gainer ako. Nag gain na actually pero anyare is belly fats. Im working in a BPO company and now nrealize ko na dapat ayusin ko na lifestyle ko at workout. My goal is to be fit and syempre gumaganda un katawan. Un bang wala na akong belly fats, my abs, okay un chest, biceps, triceps at xmpre back. Mala captain America look. Hehehe. Sana mareach ko un pero kelangan ko talaga ng tulong. Ano pong masuggest nyo saken na umpisa? What to eat and kind of exercise? Currently im trying Stronglift 5x5 at puro century tuna kinakaen ko at beef. Do I need to gain more weight pa ba o pa-bulk muna o cut na agad? Sorry pero newbie po tlaga ako  thanks in advance po

    Hi Sir! Pwede po papost ng complete BEFORE pics niyo dito? Para yun ang starting point niyo at para makita ng mga pioneers sa group yung current look ng katawan niyo. Front side and back.

    Sir try mo compute body fat mo, either mag compare ka sa mga picture charts online or gamitin mo yung Measuring Tape method, it doesn't have to be accurate sir, para lang may idea ka. Tapos if you are well beyond 15% body fat, mag pa lower ka na muna ng body fat to 15% or less. Pag 15% or less body fat ka na saka ka mag bulk, kung gusto mo.

    malaki ang tyan ni sir pero sa tingin ko hindi bilbil eh, baka need mo muna mag adjust sa kinakain mo sir.

    oo nga po e. parang need ko muna mag high protein low carb diet. my bilbil dn ako upload ako pics pra makita nyo, 2 months na ako ng bubuhat
