Newbie Here

Hi guys, bago lang ako dito. Dati nag gym ako kaso nag stop na. Tapos ngayun gusto ko sana mag exercise uli. Bumili rin ako ng pull up bar at dumbell. Kasi mas prefer ko mag workout sa bahay. Sana matulungan nyo ako sa mga dapat gawin. Thanks

    Welcome to pbb sir. Good luck to your journey, but i suggest enroll ka sa gym, madami na naman ngayon affordable gym. Pag sa house lang kasi aside sa kulang ang equips mas lamang na tamarin ka unlike naka enroll ka mas motivated ka kasi sayang binayad mo kapag tinamad ka hehehe.

    welcome to pbb. Same tayo dati din ako nag gym then stop, kung prefer mo mag workout sa bahay ok siguro for the first month para masanay ka ulit then mag enroll kana sa gym. Kulang yan dumbell at pulup :)

    Thanks po for the suggestions. Agree po ako pag sa house lang may possibility magiging tamad, pag nasa gym nakaka motivate. Sorry for late replay minsan lang ako nakaka dalaw sa site.
