Good day po ! newbie here ! almost 3 months na aq sa gym kaso ndi ko parin makuha ung target size for my arms (biceps/triceps) any tips .. nag laan na aq ng seperate day for my arms (sunday-arms day) . which is better po ba ? nka seperate or ksbay ng main work outs (ex. back/bicep , shoulder/tricep ? and kung my tips po kau ng effective work out pls. share .. tia !

when it comes to arms its only once a week...with moderate weights..no more than 12 sets on tris and 9 sets on bis...pero thats just me

tris: 4sets of each
skull crushers
overhead one arm dumbell extensions
cable pull downs
bis:3 sets of each
preacher curls
alternate dumbell curls
concentration curls
moderate weight...armwork is more for having a pump than anything else. i also use rubber bands before umuwi...pang burn out to failure
does this mean lifting heavier weights than reps?

no, if you go too heavy on arms you will have a minimum pump
