Galawang newb: 6 weeks, no visible gains?!

Yoi! Just call me by my pseudonym, Dagitab.

Mula nuon, I tried doing weights-training + cardio (with only one dumbbell and ankle weights) four times a week, roughly 1 hour every time sa bahay. I run on a very limited budget dahil maliit lang ang sinusuweldo ko kada kinsenas. Even so, I can manage to buy chicken and beef for myself at a local grocer (tulong sa "gainz").

So... I'm looking for advice at sharing mula sa inyo, lalo na sa mga nakahanap ng paraan para maka-build ng laman even on a really tight budget.

Help?

Umaasa,
Dagitab

20 pound loss in 6 weeks would mostly be water weight. expect your progress to slow down when the unnecessary water weight is gone. but that 20 pound loss is still progress, after all, weight is weight.

regarding stubborn belly fat, it is usually the last to go so just keep doing what you're doing and make sure you're getting enough protein. if your goal is let's say 140 lbs, what you want is 140 lbs with 6-pack abs, not 140 lbs with a belly.

if you dont have the equipment, try looking into bodybuilding without equipment or Calisthenics.

About calisthenics, kasama na s'ya sa routine ko ever since. Salitan actually ng weights (for upper body) at calisthenics (so far: JJ, lunges, inclined push-ups, squats, planks). Like, literally, salitang weight training at calisthenics.

just keep going. 6 weeks is a short time to notice gains. i would say 6 months to 1 year. also take pictures and measurements to see your progress.
