    Okay lang ba may spotter na tutuluong sayo sa Heavy Set? Ganun kasi ginagawa ko pag 80% Na ng training max ko yung sa bench press ko nagpapatulong ako sa spotter para makumpleto ko yung set.

    hello, pareho tayo start sa skinny hehe.

    I recommend din ung wrist strap mas ok kesa gloves, yun gamit ko sa deadlift. Then the rest wala na, chalk nalang, mas prefer ko kasi ung raw or bare hand.

    @Fearless20 di po ako naggloves para lumakas grip hehe. Pati wrist po di na ako masyado gumagamit par masanay hehe. Pero belt oo pag last set ko sa mga compound movements na likr deads squats at overhead hehe.

    Pump lang siguro sir haha. Di ako focus masyado sa isolation ng arms eh haha. 2 times per week lang ako nag iisolation sa arms. More on compound lifts.
