    honest opinion..just to a gym and workout, forget about the bulking and cutting etc, just lift, motivate yourself and enjoy..

    Hahaha..sori..cge..dq n mabura ung post ko sa kabila. Kagagaling lang magbuhat at naaksidente kong natamaan ung knee ko ng barbel..ngayon ko lang naramdaman yung effect

    aw sana sana gumaling ka agad tuhod mo paps hehe. By the way check mo sir ibang journal dito para may idea ka rin kung ano ilagay mo sa journal mo :)
