[Q] Return to the gym workout?

Bali I stopped lifting for 2 years because of wrist injury (tfcc). Tanong ko lang po kung anong workout ang gagawin ko para mas mabilis ako makabalik..? Before ako nagstop I was doing a full body workout and split alternate every week. Hingi na din ako suggestion sa inyo ng cheap pre and post workout meal. Wla pa kasi budget para sa supp. Yung madali lang makita. Thanks! :)
