Hi guys...I love snacking, and recently I added this on my quick cooked snacks:
I bought it uncooked...I love the nutritional profile of this, as 1/4 cup uncooked is packed with 16 grams protein while being a good source of fat. Very suitable for those who cycle carbs during rest days. I just roast it put cinnamon or pepper and voila...snack time! 1/4 cup expands when cooked so it is very satisfying.
