Forearm pain when doing curls

Hi PBB! Do you ever experienced fore-arm pain (similar to shin splints on running). This has been my recurring problem every time I hit about 100 above curling especially on preacher position. I have to slowly release the bar or else it will give me jolt of pain "nangingilo" :arghh: on my forearm.

Do you know treatments and exercises for this?

I tried resting and restarted to do curling on lighter weights, using EZ bar, wrist strengthening exercises.

    Present! Hahaha. Been experiencing this since i started lifting kahit light weight kaya di ako nagbabicep curl dati.

    Tolerable naman pero yung after set kelangan mo muna ihold ng ilang segundo bago bitiwan yung bar haha. Kaso nasobrahan na ata last week yung akin kanina hinang hina forearm ko.

    Hassle diba bro, can't load up our guns dahil sa pain na yun. Hintay tayo bro ng advise from the masters, really hate this injury, panira sa goals. haha

    balutan nyo lang yung wrst nyo makakatulong un kahit papano. then pag kakatpos ng training locomotion at ibabad sa maligamgam to maninit na tubig.. nakatulong sakin dati yun :)
