    Bro sa tingin ko ikaw lang makakasagot niyang tanong mo. Kung akong gusto mong makita sa salamin, kung gusto mo bang slim fit or bulk.

    Set mo muna yung goal mo :)

    Yung 2cups rice ba for the whole day na yun? If ganun kinakain mo, hindi ka magbubulk niyan.

    UU whole day na yun... ilan ba dapat ... patay :duh:Eto kasi gusto kong built... hindi ko ma determine kung bulk or slim fit... hehehehe

    170+ lbs @ 5'7 ... mahirap mang hula bro kung dapat ka na bang mag cut or mag bulk lang muna. Hindi namin alam kung ano yung itsura mo sa weight mo.

    If massive ka na @170lbs, for me, you can cut na, but based on your info, 2 months pa lang yung training mo. So mag assume ako na hindi pa ito yung massive/ripped 170lbs na nasa isip ko.

    If mataas yung body fat percentage mo @170lbs then minimal yung napapansin mong muscles, I suggest na kelangan mo mag workout ng intense and hindi enough yung 3x a week para sa goal mo na physique.

    If mag bulk ka? My answer is yes. Kung wala ka pa masyadong muscle sa katawan at mag cucut ka, hindi lang body fat ang mawawala sayo, some of it ay muscles din kahit maliit na portion. Imagine yourself, kung sa tingin mo ang resulta ng cutting mo eh yung dream physiqe na pinost mo...diba mukhang hindi?

    Note : Assume lang yung mga payo ko since you did not post any of your current pictures.

    Tama si bro @Lazar ako kasi 85kg ++ and nagbubulk parin. Dami ako fats pero sige parin sa pagbulk at training at the same time.

    Baka pag nag cut ka, walang gaanong muscles, so suggestion ko is magbulk ka.

    Add ka ng at least 500 calories sa daily required caloric intake mo.

    Adding 500 calories w/o proper and intense workout = fat and DYEL.

    Kaya dapat balance para maburn yung fats at tamang protein para magkamaskels.

    Basa ka rin ng ibat ibang journals dito, marami kang matututunan :)

    At hindi pa po ako ripped, average body nasa 25-30 percent pa yata fats ko. Basta post ko po pag nagpicture na ako. :D

    kung titingnan yung katawan mo, yan ang tinatawag nating skinny fat, ( skinny bods, fat belly hehe! )

    My advice:
    lift heavy
    lift consistently
    watch what you eat ( count your macros).

    Then lift heavy. :) bada din ako ng thread about lifting, mali yata alam ko na dapat low calorie intake and high intensity when it comes to lifting ?

    depends on your goal,
    there's what we call maintenance, bulk and cut. the above mentioned pertain to cut ( assuming that low calorie means calorie deficit / below your calorie maintenance )

    Should I increase my calorie intake and lift heavier like do 40lbs dumbbells (2x)5 reps x 4sets rather than 30-35lbs (2x)8 reps x 3sets?

    Bwahaha!
    Isa lang napansin sa oag back read ko for 2 days: all says to bulk then cut = eat more clean food then lift heavy and high intensity. At dapat less than 1 hour. Sa routine ko na nakalista kulang ang 1 hr. Kahit mag SS pa ako. /sob
