Sheiko Program

This is actually for advanced lifters but can be also used when you're already stalling on your lifts for a while. Contemplating on doing this or 5/3/1 to improve my over all lifts once I've completely stalled.

Just plug in your maxes on the first tab and it will auto compute for the weights that you need per set on the different lifts. It's up to you what program# you would want to use (#29, #30, #31, #32, #37, #39, #40).
