    high-rep single leg press, pwede nya adjust yung foot placement to hit quads and hams. atleast sa exercise na to malaking tulong for building mass at i think pwede nya mailapat ng flat yung foot nya sa shorter leg. leg work out lang naman ang issue sa kanya kasi for back hindi nya kelangan ng deads, pullups and seated/supported rows solve na.

    Yep legs lang.
    Not sure kung pwede pa din ung leg press, kasi hindi niya talaga mailalapat yung paa niya.
    Naka tingkayad talaga.

    Nako, mukhang alam ko na yung dinedescribe mo. mas maganda siguro na gawin nya e maghanap sya ng similar case like him na experienced lifter. kasi hindi lang legs issue nyan hangang pelvis at mga attachments sa area na yun. ako kasi scolio pero affected pelvis hangang legs pati shoulders. parang yinyang ang itsura sa xrays. hindi balance from top to bottom. in his case malamang hangang spine may problem sya (kung aware sya sa lahat ng problems nya).

    Hmmm.. in that case i wouldn't really advise him to do squats or DL since it might cause more damage to him than making him "better". unless he is into competing in PL.

    This was the case.
    I think he could get away with squats and DL.
    As DS said, unless magcocompete siya as PL or in my opinion kung mayrong mag guguide sa kanya.

    Guy's care to guide mo on how to improve my squatting? Mali yung angle ng camera kasi I video myself to check it. Maraming salamat in advance! Nagpapa form check kasi ako lagi sa mga kaibigan ko, sobrang obsessed ako on getting it right.

    Ngayon ko lang napansin yun! nagging instinct na sakin, minsan for volume work I go for a max of 5 reps without breathing. I should breathe! HAHAHA. Thanks Mighty Oak! luv u! haha.

    @boss Dalton, oo boss sorry sa uulitin mas maganda na angulo niyan. Wala kasing mapagpatungan na maayos. Tinatry ko minsan lawakan at gawing shoulder width yung squatting ko kaso negative talaga. Hindi ko ma ass to the grass. Tinuturo naman sakin ng mga coach sa Eclipse e yung low-bar powerlifting form na sobrang lawak at hamstrings dominant parallel squatting. Gusto ko rin matutunan yun for sure. Kung baga pag nag squasquat ako normally sa pag tatambay e ganto yung stance ko.

    gusto ko din mag squat gamit barbell, kaso sa gym namin walang ganyan,squat rack, meron sila smith machine at squat machine. hehe
