jogging vs sprinting.... which one burns fat fast?

ano mga opinion nyo sir???

long distance, slow running (jog) or

short distance, fast running (sprint)?

    lage aq ngjjogging kc pra ma burn fats q, pero ngaun q lng naresearch na mas effective pa pala ang sprinting kc mas nabuburn fats mo at nadedevelop pa leg muscles mo.

    I'd go for sprint, for my cardio actually HIIT program gamit ko. for me mas effective sya compared dun sa "long runs" na ginagawa ko dati sa TM and it doesn't require much time to perform. 15-20 mins tagaktak na pawis mo hehehe.

    well ok pa din naman yung running sunog pa rin naman fats mo dun. though malaki rin ang possibility na pati pinakaingat ingatan mong maskel masunog din hehehe.

    both naman ok mag burn ng fats, depends sa duration(time and number of days per week) of each activity. kung mabilisan talaga is sprint. imho

  • Both have its own advantages but mostly people go for jogging because they more time spend and the more calories are burn. Almost all people go on jogging in the morning for refreshment and body warm-up. It build strong leg muscles and maintain attractive body figure. I also like jogging but some time do sprinter when i have shortage of time.
