i already did introduce myself dun sa new members thread.. i started lifting weights po 2007. it was my 1st time mga 1 month lang ata. nag supps ako nun megamass4000 pero nasira lang at naabutan ng expiratation dahil nga hindi na ako nag gym nun. mga 1 month lang ata ako nag gym or 2 months way back 2007 tapos bumalik ako gym 2011 april to december. without supps. still unhealthy lifestyle. hehe. eto mejo lumakas ng kaunti. and now sana ng new year's reso ko is to be big. tulad kay sir last and sir milk. hehe props to sir monch to leading me to this site pala. i learned a lot kaka lurk dito sa site na to

Shoulder press 70lbs x 8
deadlift 80lbs x 10
sana i can learn more pa from here. and i have the will and determination. hehe. btw no supps ngayon. no money. im a fresh nursing graduate pala. im hoping to here from the masters here.
(i know all of you naman is master) hehe.
goal: to lose beer belly and to gain weight up to 150lbs. and i believe. eating is very hard. hehe
im hoping sana meron magbigay saken ng program and ill start from there.
