Your Embarrassing Gym Moments....

[size=medium]We all have bad days, right?!

Well for me, I hate the fact that sometimes it happens it full view of others.
Making you an instant laughing stock that sometimes you just wanna vanish or atleast bail at that moment. Not the kind of a "cool" impression you want to exude/leave...:D

Here's mine:(no made-up's)

Smith Machine Butt Cameo-Doing my squat at the smith machine,training intense & feeling all ripped and shredded until it happened, My shorts ripped exposing the "Holy Grail". To make matters worse, im only wearing supporter under that(y'all know what it looks like behind..:D)

Flatulence Press-Bench press is one of my favorite workout, I like seeing myself progress as the plates pile up the bar for me to pump. Before that I load up carb for energy in my workout, my friend "sweet potato" is what i ate, I downed 2.Anyway back to the pump.1st set was sort of a warm-up, i thought ok, 2nd set was next and so I finished the reps feeling strong. The third set, I was kinda focus and all knowing that Im nearing muscle failure.So I let out heavy breaths as the bar go up and down.Till there it goes,out of nowhere, like a thunderbolt in a silent night......It frees itself in the maze of my colon and explodes..:D
To make matters worse(again) there's a cute chic on the elliptical just near me.dang!

Treadmill Supah Fail!(by far my most embassing)-Diba if we want to rest running on treads without stopping it we simply jump a bit to the side?!(the frame part of the machine). The thing for me is that I overjumped a bit, both feet landing on the floor, I slipped then my butt lands on the moving belt...:D I end up tumbling down backwards..:D

Man I was so humilated, I wished that i've vanish that instant....:D

Yung iba naman minor mishaps lang like, nababagsakan ng plates yung paa ko,eventhough I was wearing kicks,masakit pa rin. Ayun Tomato face ako...heheh!(I wanna shout like a sissy biatch,kaya lang nakakahiya..:D)

    Parehas tayo pre kumakailan lang nawarak din ang shorts ko doing squats favorite ko din yung short na yun. Man kelangan kong takpan yun nabutas pagkauwi kita na brief ko lol. :D

    ^ang teknik kasi ginagawa dun taas or tupi nyo yung shorts nyo....pag mag squat or deadlift kayo...

    pero ako nahihirapan din kasi naka jogging pants ako lagi kaya nahahatak yung sa likod ng jogging pants ko at nakikita shorts ko na panloob....

    kita nyo mga Pro Bodybuilder pag nag bubuhat naka fitted ung maikling shorts pag deadlift/squat day :D

    Sa akin embarrassing nung newbie pa ako kc tuwing nag decline chest presses ako pinagtawanan ako ng mga nasa gym kc akala nila nagka "boner" ako kc naka bulge yung "ano" ko kc I was wearing basketball shorts so medyo thin ung fabric khit naka boxer brief ako. Tumigil lang sila nung I showed them na medyo big talaga yung "ano" ko kahit di pa cya naka "attention". Not a solution ang kambyo pababa kc nga medyo big. Ngayon sanay na sila but I get occassional stares sa mga baguhan sa gym tapos I make sure na medyo makapal na tela ng shorts ko pero medyo bulge pa rin lalo na pag basang basa ako ng pawis. I know. Some might not maniwala but I can prove it :)

    pinakaembarassing sakin e nangyari last month lang. kakakilala ko lang nung mejo chikas na babae sa gym namin, at mejo nagchichitchat na kame kahit pano. then one day, basa pa yung usual gym shorts ko so naghanap ako ng ibang shorts, i was running late, balak ko talaga is 5pm magbuhat nun, kasi kadalasan ganung oras maggym tong si ate :D. sa pagmamadali, hindi ko alam na butas pala yung shorts na nakuha ko tapos mejo thigh hugging pa. chest day ko nun, e di todo stretch muna hahah, magdedecline bench press na ko e langya sakto sa daanan ako nakaharap. may 2 times yata dumaan si ate dun, ako naman buhat lang. tapos sinabi lang nung isang gym buddy ko "pre butas short mo"
    Bigla ako nanghina hindi ko na tinapos set ko bwahahahahah. to this day, di ko alam kung nakita ni ate un. ROFL
