    naalala ko talaga nun sir, grabe kase lake ko, lapad ko sa taba, pag may away ako lage tinatawag nila, dala dala ko na baseball bat ko, sobrang taba ko sa basket ball tawag nila sakin destroyer lahat napipilayan tapos papasok lang ako para mamilay, lol. pero ang hirap mag hanap dati ng work at chix, lalo na nung kasagsagan ng taba ko, ayaw ng chix sa akin, para daw akong walking refrigerator, lol

    AHAHAHAHA, pero ngayon paps sino na nagahahabol?

    @oak: I also recommend Dr. Raul Canlas, Sports Medicine Specialists yan.. Under niya ko nung nasa PCSM ( philippine center for sports medicine ) at sa Sprain and Strain. Siya din ung MD sa Ateneo ( Moro ) at sa SUMMIT ( c5 ).. Siya ung BEST pagdating sa sports related injuries lalo na sa ACL..
    naranasan ko na din ung ganun.. aalukin ka ng membership tapos kukuhaan ka ng BF%.. ang nakakatawa kasi ang taba nung kumakausap sa kin tpos ako nakakundisyon tapos sasabihin niya sa kin hindi daw maganda ung results ko.. sbi kasi niya ung bf ko daw nasa 28% at siya daw ay 15%, ginawa ko tinanong ko ng tinanong hanggang sa wala na maisagot wahahahaha!!!!

    Parang nag kamali yata ako ng baba ng heavy dumbells after ko mag shrugs. Kinabukasan mejo may pain pag bend ko yung neck sa left...
    rest ko lang ba ito doc @[lastresort]?

    sir baka stiff neck. Try mo lagyan n ng hotcompress para lumambot ung muscle. Kung medyo sariwa pa ice muna. Mas ok kung ice muna para safe. Always opt for cold muna pag d sure. Tapos pwd mo din massage konti habng manhid para magrelax ung muscle

    nag gym ako kanina mostly stretching.

    ganito ginawa ko boss at nawala na yung sakit 10lbs plate tag 30reps

    Mga sir anu mapapayo nyo sakin kasi my elbow is clicking everytime I flex or extend. I think ganito na to before I start to work out. Painless naman sya kaya ngaun ko lang napapansin baka kasi ma aggrevate sa pagbubuhat ko.

    Ako naman I have chronic low back pain. I sprained this way back ('06?) when I did T-bar rows. Ever since, reoccurring na lang sya. So far, I sprained it 3x already, the last was early last year. I never sprained it doing squats or deads, fortunately. Pero since laging may pain, lately parang hirap na ko pati may takot na ko sa heavy deads/squats. My lifts went down significantly, pero may iba din namang factors (just came from a cut/diet most of last year).

    Typically, basta matagal akong naka-upo, sumasakit likod ko. Driving, watching tv, computer. Pag dating sa gym, on the back of my mind there's always that worry that I might injure it again. Gusto ko sana magpa-MRI matagal na, kaso tinatamad lang ako, pati mahal e. LOL.

    Recently I started researching about how I can make my low back stronger. I started doing core training, assistance exercises for the low back. I do them on Back/Leg days. I'm also very mindful of my posture all the time, especially outside the gym. Nag-reset din ako sa lifts ko sa deads/squats. At first it was hard to swallow, parang baguhan nanaman ako. But I'll have to bring it up slowly but surely. Di na rin ako muna masyado umaasa sa belts.

    Anything else I can do for this damn back?

    kanina nag pullups ako, first time, may tumunog sa likod ko tas di ko maangat left shoulder ko, tas inistretch ko buti nawala after workout. kala ko ma oortophedic ako e. nanibago lang pala

    sir core muscles nga ung problem mo jan.. research some exercise na mageengage ng multifidus muscles mo.. un ung may seconds hold na parang nagpipigil ka ng wiwi.. then, pwde mo rin isama ung mga planks and other stability exercises for your abdominals to target your core muscles.. hope nakatulong ako..
