naalala ko talaga nun sir, grabe kase lake ko, lapad ko sa taba, pag may away ako lage tinatawag nila, dala dala ko na baseball bat ko, sobrang taba ko sa basket ball tawag nila sakin destroyer lahat napipilayan tapos papasok lang ako para mamilay, lol. pero ang hirap mag hanap dati ng work at chix, lalo na nung kasagsagan ng taba ko, ayaw ng chix sa akin, para daw akong walking refrigerator, lol

Mga sir anu mapapayo nyo sakin kasi my elbow is clicking everytime I flex or extend. I think ganito na to before I start to work out. Painless naman sya kaya ngaun ko lang napapansin baka kasi ma aggrevate sa pagbubuhat ko.

Ako naman I have chronic low back pain. I sprained this way back ('06?) when I did T-bar rows. Ever since, reoccurring na lang sya. So far, I sprained it 3x already, the last was early last year. I never sprained it doing squats or deads, fortunately. Pero since laging may pain, lately parang hirap na ko pati may takot na ko sa heavy deads/squats. My lifts went down significantly, pero may iba din namang factors (just came from a cut/diet most of last year).
Typically, basta matagal akong naka-upo, sumasakit likod ko. Driving, watching tv, computer. Pag dating sa gym, on the back of my mind there's always that worry that I might injure it again. Gusto ko sana magpa-MRI matagal na, kaso tinatamad lang ako, pati mahal e. LOL.
Recently I started researching about how I can make my low back stronger. I started doing core training, assistance exercises for the low back. I do them on Back/Leg days. I'm also very mindful of my posture all the time, especially outside the gym. Nag-reset din ako sa lifts ko sa deads/squats. At first it was hard to swallow, parang baguhan nanaman ako. But I'll have to bring it up slowly but surely. Di na rin ako muna masyado umaasa sa belts.
Anything else I can do for this damn back?
