Since I trained today I can be on a calorie surplus! Yeah Budddy!
-Post Workout- 1 1/2 plate of tuna carbonara with 3 scrambled eggs
- While here in the office surfing the net este... while working pala- 1 big bag of growers peanuts.
-Later on my lunch break- Katsudon, boiled eggs, leche flan
-Last meal of the day- Ice cream and some more peanuts!
