Hi guys ask ko lang especially sa mga pro body builders pano po nyo na papantay ang symmetrical ng weaker body part nyo diba kasi meron tayong left handed and right handed na tinatawag gusto ko kasi i balance yung sukat ng katawan ko mas lamang kasi yung left kesa sa right shoulder ko how do you handle that po thank you

    do exercises where your arms are isolated from each other and have to stabilize independently. For instance, do dumbbell chest presses instead of bench press. Use the same weight on both sides, and perform only as many reps as you can on your weaker side... ganyan din ako before nung nag umpisa ako

    Sir do I need just another set for the weaker side?? pag nag start na ako ng iso?

    no lets say youre doing one arm dumbbell push presses for sets of 8 reps you start with your stronger arm and perform 8 challenging reps with a 25 pound dumbbell. After you complete the set with the stronger arm you then move on to the weaker arm. However, you may only be able to perform 6 reps on the weaker arm while maintaining proper form., then next is simply rest a few moments maybe about 15-20 seconds and then youd perform the remaining 2 reps to give you a total of 8 reps on the weaker arm basta laging same weight and same reps lang for both arm
    para magpantay both SHAPE and STRENGTH ng arm mo

    yup masmabilis pero look at the bad side pwedeng hindi magpantay ang shape ng body mo mas mahirap at mas pangit tignan pero opinyon ko lang namn its up to you paren namn

    Thanks to you both.. sa chest ko kasi ok naman hindi masyadong halata may problem is my rear delts, triceps, and shoulder may sinabi kasi sakin dati yung doctor sa back ko na medyo mataas yung kanang scapula ko pero wala naman daw ako dapat mag alala... left handed po kasi ako sometimes may mga exercise na di ko magawa ng tama lalo na pag isolations pag yung kanan ginagamit ko may uneasy feeling kasi ako pag yung right part na yung ginagalaw ko balitaan ko kayo sa result di kasi ako mahilig mag picture :)....
