Need Help Reps vs Sets

Hi Guys, I need your suggestions on which is better for hypertrophy.

I'm 63 kg. 5'8" in height. 16% Body Fat.

Dumbbell Shoulder Press
KG Weight x REPS
SET 1 22.6 * 9
SET 2 22.6 * 8
SET 3 22.6 * 8
SET 4 22.6 * 5
SET 5 22.6 * 5
SET 6 22.6 * 5

SET 1 22.6 * 8
SET 2 22.6 * 8
SET 3 22.6 * 8
SET 4 18 * 9
SET 5 18 * 9
SET 6 18 * 9

    Stick to reps with not less than 10 reps for hypertrophy. Should you wish to gain strength, you can shoot for 6-8 rep range.
